My experience with the Opera Solar Energy team has been very satisfactory. I first engaged them to install a complete solar system (panels and battery) in July 2025. Andy was helpful with the proposal as well as explaining the location where the solar panels and the battery should be installed. The installation team carried out the work so neatly including clearing out any rubbish afterwards. Since I had a great experience with the Opera Solar Energy team, I engaged them to install a solar battery for my son's residence in December 2025. My son was also satisfied with their work.

We had a 16 kWh Solar and battery storage system with 54 panels installed by Andy which was operating successfully for eleven years, due to external damage the system had to be replaced. Acting on advice from Opera Solar Energy (Andy) it was decided to upgrade not only the panels but also the back up battery to a latest technology Sigen 40kwh storage unit. Due to the professional advice from Opera solar Energy and of course Andy's help and support we now have a system which is virtually independent of the grid. Since the date the solar system was professionally installed and commissioned by CEC accredited installer, monitoring records prove we have not had to rely on the grid for power. I recently had a 13.3 kW solar PV system installed by Opera Solar, consisting of a 10 kW Sungrow inverter and a 16 kW backup battery. Andy, my system designer, was exceptionally patient throughout the process, accommodating multiple changes to the system configuration to align with my brand preferences and budget. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, including those raised over weekends. The installation was scheduled just seven days after accepting the quote and was completed on the agreed date. Allan and his installation team delivered an excellent outcome, completing the work by 1 pm and ensuring I had full access to the Sungrow app to monitor the system. Allan also went above and beyond by replacing a damaged roof tile at no additional cost. Following the installation, Andy walked me through a practice system power-down and power-up procedure, ensuring I was confident operating the system. Atul from the accounting team promptly provided the necessary documentation to support the upgrade to a smart meter.
